I want to achieve a transformation from thepersonal to the collective. Together with fourdisabled individuals, I completed a cabinet. As theinitiator, I planned the theme, and then wecollaborated freely, each contributing creatively. Iplaced my childhood objects inside the cabinet, while outside, we displayed portraits that we haddrawn of each other.
There were remote controlplanes, toy cars and Rubik'scubes that they played with whenthey were young. There was notmuch difference between ourchildhood, we looked at the samebooks, and finally my whole workrose from my individual to thegroup
weprogrammed a workthat contains ourchildhood and ourcognition of differentidentities. In the artwork, anyone canparticipate in it, andthe artist's physicaldisability will not affectthe production of theart work. Finally, weput the installationwork in the garden, and finally integratewith the nature andthe environment
On top of this installation, Iincluded many items they giftedme. They wrapped old clothes andblankets around boxes,transforming them into gift boxeswith small treasures inside. It feltso warm and joyful. Inspired bythis, I placed many of these wornboxes on top of the cabinet, creating a sense of home. It feelsboth charming and heartwarming, symbolizing a feeling oftogetherness and community, likebeing close neighbors.
