Body painting








I don't like the human body; it's beautiful, but it limits people, it limits art, and I think itlimits the integration of people and nature. Iwant my body to be just a tool—it'soverportrayed. I'm impulsive, passionate, and I don't know why, but I want my body tobe integrated with nature. I want my body tobe imprinted at the age of 18; I want to feelmyself, that's all. So I used my bodypaintings to make an installation, put itoutside, and let it wash out with the rain.

I bought gouache paint because it canbe washed by rain and does not hurtmy body, so I began to try it. It tookme about a month to explore andcreate many such works. On the 5mby 2m canvas, I created these worksfor the first time, but when I stood onthe canvas with paint, it seemed thatmy body did not belong to me—it wasjust my tool.


Process

My brother filmed the entire piece forme, and then wecollaborated on the final assembly ofthe piece



Gradually, I even mastered thepaint and the body; I mixed thepaint on my body and finallypresented the texture and effecton the canvas. In the end, Imade my canvas into aninstallation and placed it innature
